All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Orders placed after 5:00 PM PST will be processed the next business day. Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email confirmation with shipping and tracking details.

Domestic Shipping

We currently offer shipping within the United States only. Shipping options are provided at checkout and may include:

  • Standard Shipping (Free): Estimated delivery time is 5 to 10 business days.

  • Expedited Shipping: Delivery within 2 to 5 business days. Charges are calculated at checkout.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including weather conditions, carrier delays, and peak holiday periods.

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. The Panda Pouch is not liable for delays or delivery failures resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges.

Delivery Issues

Returns Due to Non-Delivery

If an order is undeliverable and returned to us by the carrier, we will notify you via email. You may request a reshipment (additional charges may apply) or a refund for the order amount excluding any shipping fees.

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, and the Netherlands
